DELIVERY FAQ |
Does Stegbar deliver to everywhere in Australia?
We deliver to many locations in Australia, however, we do not have delivery arrangements in place that cover the entire country. You can look up if your postcode is within our delivery area on our product page.
Do Stegbar deliver to apartment buildings or above ground floor residences?
Our courier partner will deliver to a specified loading dock or unloading area of an apartment complex. If you do not have an unloading area, you are required to be home to accept delivery.
Will delivery driver carry goods inside?
Our courier partner will deliver your order to the ground floor or your front door, excluding any steps/staircases, and lifts. You will be required to carry goods from the ground floor or your front door.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
Great news, except for apartment buildings that do not have unloading areas, you do not need to be home for delivery.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We deliver on Monday to Fridays between the hours of 7am – 7pm. Unfortunately, we only deliver on weekdays.
How long does it take to get my order?
Once you have completed the online purchase process, an estimate of timeframe for delivery will be provided. Our lead times are approx 12-15 working days from placing your order.
Can I use a PO Box as a delivery address?
We do not accept PO boxes as a delivery address.
Can I pick up?
We do not offer a pick up collection service at this time.
What if my order doesn’t arrive or goes missing?
If your order doesn’t arrive, please complete our form & our DIY Buy Online support team members will contact you.
On my order, I have purchased multiple items, will I receive my order all at once?
If you have purchased more than one item from the wardrobes, shower screens and mirrors category, you will receive all items in one delivery.
If you make a purchase that includes front or interior doors, these will be delivered separately.
What is the process after my order is placed online?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email confirming your order.
You will receive a delivery notification via email the day prior to delivery.
Once delivery is completed, you will receive a tax invoice within 48 hours.

When will I pay for my goods?
You will be asked for payment at time of placing your order.
When do I get my invoice?
You will receive an order confirmation at time of order placement. You will receive your invoice within 48 hours of your delivery.
MISSING PARTS OR DAMAGED GOODS FAQ |
What happens if my order has missing or faulty parts?
If you happen to receive a product with missing or faulty parts, please fill out our form, and our DIY Buy Online support team will contact you.
What happens if my order is damaged?
If your products are delivered with any damage, we kindly request that you take photos or record a video to document the damage. In such cases, please refuse to accept the delivery and promptly reach out to us using our form.
If you notice that Goods are damaged after delivery, please take photos or a video clearly showing the damage and complete our form as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
What happens if I only receive part of my order or there are missing parts?
If you receive only part of the order or there are missing parts, complete our form. Our DIY Buy Online team will contact you to organise delivery of missing parts.
What happens if I’ve received the wrong items?
If you receive the wrong Goods, complete our form as soon as possible. We will offer to send you the correct item and arrange for the correct item to be delivered.
I have accidently damaged some of my items, what can I do?
Please complete our form & our DIY Buy Online support team members will contact you.
How long will it take to receive replacements for damaged items?
You will receive replacement items for damaged items approximately 2 weeks after completion of web form.
How long will it take to receive replacements for missing items?
You will receive replacement items for damaged items within 2 weeks of completion of the web form.
CHANGE OF MIND FAQ |
Can I change my mind?
Yes, you can change your mind and ultimately cancel your order within 48 hours of placing the order.
Please complete the form, so we can then cancel your order prior to processing. Please note that once a refund is processed it may take up to 14 working days to appear in your account depending on your banking institution.
Are there any cancelation fee's involved?
We will not charge you a cancellation fee if order is cancelled within 48 hours of order placement.
What is your online return change of mind policy?
We apologise that we cannot accept order cancellation due to change of mind after 48 hours.
When do I get my money if I cancel my order?
Please note that once a refund is processed it may take up to 14 working days to appear in your account depending on your banking institution.
The refund will be issued into the same credit card account you used when purchasing.
Can I change my order?
No problem. You will need to cancel your existing order within 48 hours of order placement by completing our form. You can then reorder the product you desire.
WARRANTY FAQ |
What is our Warranty Period?
When you choose Stegbar, you choose seven years of worry-free warranty coverage for your shower screen, wardrobe or mirror, with proper care. For our range of front and interior doors you will receive five years of worry-free warranty, with proper care.
What costs are covered with a warranty claim?
Should your product be deemed to fail, we will replace the faulty product at no charge.
